Q. How extensive is the fuelling network?

A.We supply fuel cards that can be used on the Texaco Fastfuel network. The Fastfuel card can be used at approximately 1200 Service Stations owned by Texaco, plus approximately 300 sites on the UK Fuels network. Diesel and Petrol are available at all Texaco sites. Some sites are not suitable for HGVs.

Q. What about other networks?

Q. How Secure is the system?

A.The cards can only be used to purchase fuel and, if required, lubricating oils. All cards have a unique PIN for security at automated sites.

Q. What are the Charges?

A.All new cards are issued free of charge. There are no set-up fees or minimum usage, you only pay for the fuel that you use.

Q. Are Credit Accounts available?

A.Yes, of course. We will advise you of your credit limit and terms after making normal commercial credit checks. Payment is made by direct debit, with the security of the direct debit guarantee.

Q. How much will the fuel cost?

A.We will charge a single nationwide price, set each week. We keep our costs as low as possible to offer you a competitive price. Petrol is charged at the national average price.

Q. How often do we invoice?

A.Invoices are raised each Monday for the previous weeks transactions. Example invoice.

Q. What happens if a card is lost or stolen?

A.Contact us immediately. We will have the card stopped and issue a replacement.

Q. How do I apply?

A.To apply for an account you can complete our online application form. At the end of the application process you will need to print the direct debit mandate. This should be completed and returned to our freepost address. To apply online click here.
